Business Verification Policy

Verification is intended to provide additional information to users; it is not an endorsement or guarantee.

WorldPetConnect may require certain categories of businesses to provide licences, registrations or other supporting documents.

Verification confirms only that WorldPetConnect completed the verification process specified at the time.

Verification does not guarantee:

• the quality of the business;
• the safety of its premises;
• the competence of employees;
• future compliance;
• the accuracy of every statement on its profile;
• the continued validity of a licence;
• the outcome of any service.

Businesses must immediately update information that becomes inaccurate.

WorldPetConnect may request new documentation, remove verification or suspend a business profile where documentation expires, cannot be validated, appears altered or concerns arise regarding safety, fraud or legal compliance.

Verification documents may be processed privately and are not automatically made public.

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.
