Users must own or have permission to use all photographs, logos, descriptions and other copyrighted content uploaded to WorldPetConnect.

WorldPetConnect responds to properly submitted copyright complaints.

U.S. DMCA Notices

A copyright owner or authorised representative alleging infringement should send a notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512 to:

The notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material and its location on WorldPetConnect, provide contact information, include the required good-faith and accuracy statements and include a physical or electronic signature.

WorldPetConnect may remove or disable access to material following a valid notice.

Where applicable, the affected user may submit a valid counter-notification.

WorldPetConnect maintains a policy permitting termination of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

For copyright complaints outside the United States, users may contact the same address and WorldPetConnect will handle the complaint under applicable law.
